their paper that recently got published "Flexible vs. rigid dieting
in resistance trained individuals seeking to optimize their
physiques", which was the research study Laurin ran during her
Masters. They talk about all the details of the study, the ups
and downs, what they would have done differently and most
importantly, the practical implications for what this research
means for you!
